I assume, then, that you are fully in favor of plural marriages.

Christopher, I've been thinking about this off and on over a long period of time and have come to the conclusion that people ought to be able to define their families any way they want. Any adults should be able to legally join together to be a family with all the associated rights and privileges. The relationship between any two of the parties could be like husband and wife or like siblings or like parent and child or any combination.

Family units are two or more people who operate as a team in society. I don't know why we need to manage the nature of their interrelationships any more closely than that.
