E,
Cookie Pal and Cookie Crusher do exactly that. The new IE is supposed to have
something similar built in. Netscape 6 also has it. I use Netscape 4.7 with
Cookie Pal. I hate buying software but the $15 I spent on Cookie Pal was well
worth it. I haven't had a single problem with it in 3 years. I keep cookie pal
set to reject all. The first time I go to a site that I need a cookie for I just
right click the cookie that was just declined then click "Always Accept".
