The Congress will ACT where Dubya drags his Texan feet..........In Congress, aides to Sen. Edward M. Kennedy (D-Mass.) said a hearing on Bush's plan will take place in early September, and Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.) said he would push legislation to allow federal funding for a broader range of embryonic stem cell experiments.
