Jacobs seems to be behind some of the AREM techniques. As a large shareholder, he can only get out by filing papers... I'm not positive, but I think you may be wrong on this. I think the bulk of Jacobs's position comes from a private option arrangement. If that expires out-the-money, I'm not sure he has to file.
