Hi all; Legal opinion from blakepaterson on Rambus: Re: Class Action Suit Against Rambus blakepaterson, TMF Rambus thread #47386, August 11, 2001 unfortunately, a finding of fraud by a court of law renders D&O coverage (and other types of liability insurance) null and void. No coverage. Payments in this case would come out of the till. "Fraud" also pierces the Board's corporate veil (of protection), leaving the Directors and Officers personally vulnerable to claims.
