Tom

All I want to achieve in posting here is some balance, not to promote this stock to novice investors, nor do I want to influence better informed investors, not that I think I can!

The point you seem to miss is that the way in which this company has progressed is normal in the history of developing industry. Did you ever read "my years with General Motors" by Alfred P. Sloan Jr. It tells the story of a group of vehicle manufacturers bought in under one corporate umbrella. They had the potential to capture the world market with their relatively new technology and manufacturing methods. They failed.......and to save themselves, agreed to a corporate rescue by an IB. The IB issued them with 12.75 m (at a cost of 15 m)in exchange for shares. The injection of capital saved them and the IB went on to make tens of millions from the shares. Does this sound familiar Tom, do you not think the IB who has bailed EDIS out is not there because they can see potential to make a fortune (Did you note when you visited the IB's site that EDIS is listed under "distressed companies"!). Do you think the IB is wasting their time or do you think they can see what some of us can see. No IB is going to take on a project of that size and commitment unless they believe they can raise the funds and make an extraordinary return from doing so.

By the way, I mentioned MS because Sloanes book is what BG states to be his favorite book, he obviously saw something of great significance in his story.

Do you think the SEC invited EDIS to be part of their control program because they like their name or do you think they believe the company deserves to increase its share value to where it should be. Laz would say the program is a joke, I wonder why?!

Do you think companies like Boeing hang around EDIS because they are nice guys or do you think they can smell a profit.

Please don't ignore facts Tom because by doing so and making some of the un-informed comments that you do, you take away from the reasons new and current investors should evaluate what this company has to offer.
