OK, Ice,

It's at this point I have to defer to the more knowledgeable on what usually happens with these. It's always good to find out how long these things last, and I guess it is flexible (I know of one in which the period was a year (LMT for LOR shares; it was apparently allowed to lapse)). Two years is a long time. I think there may be other ways of disposing of the shares sooner without rule 144(k) being violated (private sale?), but this is where I need help from those more versed in securities law. Your point that Curis made the filing is technically correct and I am in semantic error there. But since Curis gets no proceeds, and the holders of the privately placed shares do, it's a distinction without a difference.

I didn't mean to get you all fired up here, but maybe it's a good thing. Now we're both more curious, I reckon.

Cheers, Tuck
