JDN, I think you mentioned a new PC u were looking at buying. I think you were put off RDRAM because of the costs of that type of memory. With the impending launch of SDRAM based P4 systems, the RDRAM price premium is disappearing fast. You can now buy 256 MB of RDRAM for under $75.

Depending on how long u want to wait, maybe this will impact your decision when you finally spec the system.
