Dear STeve Lee: Here is my latest QUANDRY. While on vacation I met an employee of Gateway Computer. I told him I was planning on buying a Dell for the service. He warned me to be careful. Claims most computer problems are software related and if you call Dell and they determine its software they wont assist (even their own installation software) but refer you to MSFT. Anyone have any thoughts about this?? JDN
