Bill for business needs tax credits and investors need capital gains tax reductions. The economy or the stock market is not going to be good until. You know we have to work past July to pay taxes for federal, state and local governments. Reagan yrs. our taxes were reduced back to where it took 4 and 5 months out of the yr. to pay for taxes.
