This chart does not have trendline capabilities. If you print it, you can draw a line connecting the lows from 6/19, 7/11, 7/25, and last week. This is an uptrend of higher lows, so far. A good exercise would be to start printing up charts and drawing trendlines connecting sets of lows and highs. It really is amazing how sometimes the line provides support or resistance. When these lines are violated it usually signals the end of a trend. Believe me it will take a long time to get a feel for these things, but you have to start somewhere, just don't trade too heavily based on indicators and patterns until you are comfortable with them and always use some form of money management.
