Creation was a will-ful act,per your beliefs,and the Creator is your God(not my God),therefore the "murder" of life in miscarriages is the will of God(the process of his creation)--a willful act.
So don't lay all your finger pointing at humankind.
Your "God" has a few matters to answer for---existence isn't as clear cut as you wish.
For many abortion is a "Sophie's Choice",as such she can't win.
A merciful,wise God understands this.
