Max, I am a strong believer in the 40-30-30 theory for stock movement. I also believe we'll see 1400 Nasdaq, as that is the October 98 low and would provide a nice double bottom. Whether we get there this year or 2-years from now is what I believe we'll have to wait for. There are also some bands that intersect that region on some charts I've looked at, so it does seem to have some technical support aside from the obvious 98 low.
