Hey Bilow, welcome back, i was worried about you. My site is down presently, but the total % of shares outstanding was not in agreement between the two, Nasdaq site does not show institutional ownership changes quarter/quarter. Anyway, here it is, i have lost it temporarily before: insidertrader.com If you look at the institutional holdings summary on Nasdaq page, the net shares tells you the overall increase/decrease in shares held by institutions. The last time i saw it, it was positive. By the way, if you get my site loaded, punch in IDTI.
