The latest Census figures show CA heading the list with people who don't speak English at home. 40%, approximately 13 million of California's 33 million people do NOT speak English at home. Frightening.

Not too much longer and classes will be conducted in Spanish and English speaking students will have to take special classes like Spanglish as a 2nd language.
