I heard that there was mis-appropriation of funds and, that it was a surprise to most, and, that there was a direct connection to the so called "loan issue" and his firing. Again as I said earlier -- why do you loan a guy you are firing this much money,,,, It no make no cents and I don't buy that the loan was made prior to and unrelated to his firing.

I heard he did dip his hand into the coffers and discovering it was very much a big surprise -- which if true makes you wonder what kind of cash controls they have. IMO I do believe there was some wrong doing here -- this thing smells real bad,,, Gee the company sure got quiet when this became an issue,,, I wonder why?
