glenn, sure, consumers are lazy. they are also bargain hunters. they person seems to be justifying the amzns of the world. i have one single question that begs an answer... if folks are so lazy, then why doesn't amzn double prices? folks are so lazy that they'll still shop there, right? NOT! the author of that article REALLY ought to attend an economics 101 class. the gap in this person's knowledge is astounding. tat sounds like wishful thinking rather than a news article.
