What utter bullcrap. Israel's high-tech economy is poised to lead economic growth and prosperity in the Middle East, if only they could normalize relations with their neighbors. The last seven years, when some normalization occurred, were the most prosperous Israel has ever seen. Returning to the garrison state is not prosperous for Israel.

It is the weak and illegitimate Arab regimes who would be endangered by the loss of the "Zionist entity" as a bogeyman. There is not one Arab democracy, may I remind you. The more their street demonstrates against the Jews, the less it will demonstrate against its own leaders.
