if we pull up and rally , you jump CIEN ...if not you short but dip to support at $28's was a good trade so far... still sports PE of 160's here...and still there's a glut and limited CapeX it's your call really ...i just trade it . I was going to give dale a $100 bucks to tell me !LOL
