Here's another nightmare scenario... The population explosion already occurring in PHX is exacerbated by tourists, prospectors, and job-seekers flocking to the largest gold find in the Western Hemisphere...the resultant stress on infrastructure, drain on power, etc., causes frantic attempts to generate more power from nuclear power plants, for transfer to PHX...each one of these plants then EXPLODES from the combination of excess capacity operations, slipshod management, etc.....causing fallout across the country, that blocks the sun and creates a NUCLEAR WINTER that lasts for centuries...and we all DIE. All because we wanted to dig for a lil gold in the desert...snif So everybody save their country and SELL NOW for gods sake HURRY HURRY Otter
