Our sources tell us that TUMI filed their defense on Friday. Since it has not been made public yet[should be within a day or so] we cannot give a definitive comment We will make the following prediction though-Firsy Tumi will say that the TRKR law suit is "frivilous and without merit" and second, that the TRKR response to the Tumi defense will be that the defense is "frivilous and without merit". That is just based on what ALWAYS is stated by the competing parties. We have a patent attorney who will give us his best opinion on the response by TUMI once it becomes public. This person says that in Canada, Patent cases are heard expeditiously[sic] so the estimate of years of waiting for a verdict [assuming that it is before a judge only] will be heard in a reasonable time frame.
