Actually, I think there are a good number of great bargains out there, but I also think some of the old leaders remain seriously overvalued.

CSCO, in particular, is trading at a multiple of two years forward earnings estimates that would be high if were a trailing multiple. Either the street is WAY underestimating the earnings rebound over the next two years, or the stock needs to be in single digits.

Time to look for new leaders.
