Pluvia, right now it is your issue, having quite some experience in this area, I can see 100 scenarios that are perfectly Kopsher, and one scenario involving unkosher staff. The company is no more quite than before, and if Razor is right and McLeod is still negotiating his parachute, there is probably no wrong doing, since he would be booted out and into jail by now. Apparently the loan was well before the firing (or the misappropriation as you call it) he has been out for few months and I doubt the wheel of justice, even in Canada would be so slow. Furthermore, if Luftur thought McLeod had his hand in the cookies jar, why would he be involved with hin in some of his other ventures? Hey you managed to bring the stock down to 3.5 all that wanted to back up the truck had a chance to it, you need to raise some money to continue loading? Zeev
