In some respects, I dislike gold. What's good for it often is bad for everything else.

Still, there is reality. Asia looks weak... the nikkei troubling. The middle-east is a mess and could worsen. Southern Europe has strife and that too could worsen. Then there's Argentina, Brazil, Turkey and several other countries each with their own serious financial problems. Meanwhile North American markets have been hit and confidence is low.... as we head into Autumn.

Can't see any reason to panic but events could escalate. Some exposure to gold might be prudent. Developing a plan certainly would be imo.

This thread has been great. Tonight I'll start reading back posts. Unfortunately it will take time. There are a lot of them...LOL.
