I wonder how would you rate technical expertise of IBM team vs intel? >>> I am pretty sure that almost anyone (even a lot of people on this thread) with sufficient financial resources can put together a very impressive technical team to tackle virtually any reasonably defined technical task or project. IMO the CEO that can make the technical evaluation himself, first hand, is at tremendous advantage. A CEO without the technical credentials/credibility to make the decision himself has to go through committees to arrive at a conclusion.
