Just pulled this KGFC update off the Stockhouse Forum,
posted this morn. (hope Chuck doesn't mind):

-=-=-=-

Good Morning Folks, I just got off the phone with ir and
here is what I heard.

Raidorodok: I know this is Central Asia's puppy but I am
sure most of us own shares in both. The final assays
arrived yesterday and should be ready for a Monday release
(good to know it is not coming out on Friday). Look for
hole 9 & 15 results and an upgrade in reserves.

AGM: Proxies and related information has or is very close
to being sent out. If any one has received this information
could they please post a summary here, mine is yet to arrive.

7 Cent Drop: I asked if there was any significant piece of
news to account for the recent big drop and was told there
was none. There is only one fund holder of KGFC and that is
Rothschild (not selling). A possible theory behind the
selling could be related to the very bullish reports issued
by two major newsletters in the US. Back in March these
reports created a large amount of buying into the stock
by investors expecting significant gains. Well it has been
four months and with nothing transpiring it could be these
people are getting edgy. I would be interested to know who
was doing the buying back around that time and who has been
doing the selling recently. If someone can access this
information I would really appreciate you posting it here.
In any event I was assured that the present sellers would be
looking back at their decision with regret.

A/P: There was talk on the SI thread of the accounts payable
for KGFC being pretty high. How much of that is owed to
Central Asia? Do you thing CGZ is pushing them for the
dollars?

General Info: With regards to the movement of KGFC. The
way it was explained to me was this. You have a relatively
new company attempting to refurbish three old mines and build
all these great facilities to mine out their PROVEN reserves.
To expect immediate profit is probably a stretch. The fact
remains that the company is one signature away from owning
three producing gold mines (one minister has yet to sign the
document, however KGFC has satisfied all legal obligations
in this regard). It would seem to me that once your facilities
are up and running it is inevitable your going to make money,
just when?

The Big News: 2-4 weeks.

Chuck
