ACTL suffers a cost hit associated with running specialized antifuse process technology vs. XLNX and ALTR. In the past this has been positioned as a 5 point or so hit. ACTL is also number three to the much bigger ALTR and XLNX and seems to face stronger price pressure in their sales channels. Can't really compare the management teams, as they have quite different styles. Strong arguments can be made on behalf of both. Good luck, I too lightened up a bit on ACTL today... -tt
