And Intel demonstrated 20nm gates using the EUV steppers that they have been evaluating, and that was in June. However, mass production isn't set until 2007, six years from now. Please explain how you can be certain that AMD will have high volume availability of .13u manufacturing with 50nm gates using 193nm lithography, all in time for their SOI ramp, just because it was started two years ago.
