Hi Peter,

In my calculations I had 2Q01 Xopenex sales at $31.3 rather than $33.0. I also pulled out $7 million (after looking at the variation in the sales to a projection) from the Q to adjust for the stocking that the company said boosted the Q. It is after adjusting for the stocking that I project higher revenues of Xopenex in 3Q. Here are the last two Q's by my projection:

3Q 26.8 *
4Q 53.7

2001 $138.9

I do think they likely will come in somewhat under these amounts.

* - Note this exceeds 2Q if it is adjusted for stocking, ie $31.3 - 7.0 = 24.3.
