APCC has retested and clung to the broken inverted head and shoulders neckline for several days, and now is making an aggressive move back up, hitting 21 7/8 as I write this. Stochastics and momentum are turning back upwards from very low levels and quite frankly from a technical pespective everything looks real good to see 24 1/2 again real soon. When that level breaks we will see 27.....best of luck....long from 20 3/8...;^)
