*OT* Toronto, true. Sosa's da man....love that guy, although I wonder if he's been doin' more than just creatine the last few years (perhaps some andro or something else)...still, love his game and personality

BTW- Don't know if you ever tried creatine, but I used to try all the powders in my younger, single days...stuff all gave you a gut while pumping you up...Creatine, hands down, was extroadinary, and was far and away better than any protein powder/shakes I had ever seen. I only "cycled" it once, but I've never felt stronger, had better recovery time, could workout longer, etc. Best of all, NO GUT. It is amazing stuff. Supposedly, the FDA tested it for several years and it should be safe, but who really knows long-term ramifications for certain. I only did it for a couple months, but most effective (legal, non-damaging?) thing I've ever seen.

Its salads, water and the occasional donut for me now.
