Didn't need to.... I already knew the scientific answer, but that was not the issue, it was not in dispute.

The issue was: when are rights of personhood conferred upon an individual? I simply pointed out that - throughout history, and across Religions - societies have given different answers to that question.

So, this is not a scientific dispute - please don't misconstrue it as such - it is a Religious and a Political question.
