Never mind. I -when discussing these things- keep in mind "The Rise and Decline of Nations : Economic Growth, Stagflation, and Social Rigidities" Mancur Olson's book. He died without getting a Nobel Prize of economics, I uspsect because his ideas were not very welcome in big government Sweden.
