It is an amendment to a prior filing that registers the holdings of several shareholders, including Paul Allen, the medical research company's largest shareholder. The filing allows those shareholders, who were involved in a private placement, to sell their holdings at any time. The shareholders have not announced plans to sell, and a fund manager at Allen's investment firm Vulcan Ventures did not return a phone call seeking comment.<< snip Cheers, Tuck
