DJ is from where? see www.bled.si for instance, later Richmond Hill CDN, and Munich since 1988.

Re free market discussion and the government meddling with our lives and getting bloated up: I see a tacit approval for the judicial arm - suing somebody's pants off his/her ass seems like a nice free market strategy. So, which government branch then is disliked? Legislative? Not that one, somebody has to write the laws for me to sue by. Executive branch? Not that one either, they enforce the laws I asked for and provide soaps material. Community level? I want my garbage out of my eyes.

My answer is a different question: it's not "government, yes or no?" but "how much of a government". Dialectics takes care of the answer.

BTW, "government" in all kinds of different flavours is a rather old and pervasive discussion topics everywhere. Land in Bananistan and you will be able to talk to the passport man immediately about it (if this fails try Michael Jordan). The reason is obvious: everybody (including DJ;) can tell a story, a joke about the government, be p*d over too much taxes etc. It makes for a social Tupperware party.
