Do you know of any graphs, tables, or other compilations of information that show the year-by-year changes in the costs of producing gold?

Also, doesn't the argument work the other way, too: that any rise in the price of gold automatically makes lower-grade ores worth processing, resulting in a self-limiting effect on prices? Indeed, I read that some mining operations stockpile crushed ore and have it ready for leaching when the price warrants.

I own bullion and gold stocks, and would like to see the price go up.
