Rick,
Maybe the following news release has something to do with the price increase. I copied it below in case you haven't seen it yet. The anticipation of better second quarter results could also be stirring activity. Its a crazy market right now and good news doesn't always boost the stock. Let's hope the trend continues.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation
has entered into a vending channel arrangement with the largest
U.S. vending distributor, VSA Inc. This aggressive move into
vending marks another step towards the Company's goal to
restructure its distribution system and give consumers access to
the product line beyond the retail store environment.

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation will distribute its core
brand line-up of sparkling flavoured water beverages through an
established network of vending brokers who, in conjunction with
VSA sales personnel, coordinate sales to vending operators
servicing 20,000 customers across the U.S. Packaged in 12 oz.
cans, flavours of core brand available in the vending channels
include leading sellers such as Wild Cherry, Blackberry and the
new Strawberry Melon.

"We hope to achieve significant incremental sales through a
channel of distribution not previously penetrated by Clearly
Canadian. Entry to the vending business will place Clearly
Canadian in a distribution category currently representing $37
billion in sales across the U.S. marketplace," said Douglas L.
Mason, President of Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation.

"We are looking forward to assisting Clearly Canadian by utilizing
our experienced sales force and vast resources throughout the U.S.
to expand their can vending distribution. Taking on the Company's
sparkling flavoured water indicates VSA's intention to consider
innovative beverages that are a good fit with our existing line-up
of canned beverages," said Jeff Boies, President of VSA Inc.

Regards,

Jim
