Surgery, lasers, and a mini-price, just like one of the other rat picks. What is not to like??

XTRN came out with another train-wreck of a sales/earnings report.
I have to admit my mistake with this one, they need new management...they obviously don't give a damn about the stock price.
So, either use it as a tax loss or average down, again, when it hit 30 cents??? I am inclined to dump it and forget it.
