I do not understand your question: If there is a God, how do we explain THAT away? Are you saying that if there was a God He would not allow such a thing, or that He approves of such a thing?
God gives men free will. God will allow me to walk right away from Him. I am not forced to love Him. Many choose that route, many choose to have a god of their own making. It is spoken of in the bible and it can be defined in many cases as lust.
lust of money, power, men, women, riches, stuff.
In the book of James is recorded this passage:
Blessed is the man who perseveres under trial, because when he has stood the test, he will receive the crown of life that God has promised to those who love him. When tempted, no one should say, "God is tempting me." For God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does he tempt anyone; but each one is tempted when, by his own evil desire, he is dragged away and enticed. Then, after desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, gives birth to death.
the sin is not just abortion...but starts WAY before that, wouldn't you say?
As far as numbers, are you saying we need to destroy children, since we surely cannot handle that many more people?? How about adults over 50? That is where much of the difference is, since we are living much longer now> What's the diference in that attitude? |
