"If it is in "bad taste" to insinuate that someone is gay, then it would be equally in bad taste to suggest that someone is "straight"." If it was meant as an insult I suppose it would be. "Who said it was an insult?" You tell me, was it? I took it as one if that is any help for you when posting to others in the future. "Do you think being gay is "bad"?" No, but when someone insinuates that I am gay because they disagree with me on some point I will generally take it as an insult.
