i dread this aspect of my job - and it is no small part. we process a work order and it is entered at least 10 times into something. then, after it is entered, it is changed 2 or 3 times. absurd. a well designed database would resolve the situation quite nicely.

but, alas, we need to spend more on computers, not on developing useful applications -ng-
