Allan: Re: "Still, I think most folks are looking up." I think most folks are too afraid to look anymore <g>. There are folks looking down too. Can't quantify it IMO. Different surveys show different things. Some survey from lowrisk.com shows the opposite of what a Mark Young survey shows. Gridlock. I vote for a trendless wasteland with an up bias.
