No, but he sends it out by email. I got a "free issue" once. He does technical work predicting the market. His service is basically a very brief, once-a-week prediction of the market. He also adds some commentary on the economy, which his says is just an excuse to vent. Like you, I think these rants are great reading. Some previous commentaries:
