Two posts were taken from a discussion and everyone goes ballistic. The topic was about the Jewish - Palestinian peoples not being able to live as neighbors.

I posted that I had a democrat as a neighbor and hadn't shot him.

Mr. Long joked it would be easier to win the next election if I shot my democrat neighbor.

I replied that my wife wouldn't get hay from him if I shot him.

Now how did haven't shot him and no free hay if I would shoot him turn into my making threats. A threat would be if I said I was gonna shoot him.
