Hey Bob ... loved that Bum Phillips deal you posted the other day .... great stuff .... and I see you've sent Ken where I was going to send him ... btw .. I had this problem with one of my 'store built' boxes ... (CPQ is the stock symbol) .....gggggg and I replaced the modem ...cured the difficulty along with the "KAK" virus deal that this fine thread helped me with on my granddaughters "machine granddaddy and I built" box last weekend ... that caused the shutdown problem, but Ken seems to not be getting the error messages I was getting with the virus ... and the modem swap out did cure the CPQ box but Ken ... the place Bob posted is the best place to start ...
