My numbers were from the poll two weeks ago. I never seek to deceive anyone. Frankly I am surprised Bush got such a surge this past week. However polls can be fluid and like I said he handled the stem cell dilemma well and drew no sharp critics. Even though I disagree with Bush it's only a mild disagreement. At least he didn't try to outlaw research, and it will continue without government's full support. Now that stem cells are decided on we'll move onto some real issues which actually affect our lives, political system, environment and pocketbooks. Those are the issues on which Bush is most vulnerable and espouses the most unpopular positions. The battle begins 3-4 weeks from now.
