I support Indians to be treated with equal rights as US citizens, and even compensated a bit extra for the hardships foisted on them by European colonialists.

The people who had hardships foisted on them by European colonialists certainly suffered. The problem is that there are no more of them around to be compensated. The European colonies where all created hundreds of years ago and no one lives that long.

I do agree with you about the "treated with equal rights as US citizens".
