That is the headline from the story below. Just more reason to believe that we may have hit bottom (or are very close)in technology.
Just one of many factors I am watching but this is certainly a key contrarian indicator IMHO.
May not matter much in the near term but if by chance the technology stocks show an uptick in business, we should see some nice rallies;
In the meantime, not much excitement in the market; certainly not a market to place any big bets either way.
Analyst's bullish calls not helping the tech stocks is not a good sign.
