kirk, i read an article on jdsu that said the company management should be held responsible b/c they could have sold their inflated stock for CASH and bought the inflated takeover target for pennies on the dollar and kept a hoard of cash. i think the answer is that you have to look forward and see where a company is going and are they at the right price now...
