That's what I think. If high smog areas like LA have to use a gasoline oxygenator and they outlawed MTBE because it was killing them why not ethanol mixed gas. I always use 10% ethanol gas and it cures winter moisture in gas and cleans injector tips. I've run as high as 70% ethanol with no problems. Some say that it isn't as powerful as gas, mainly those still running carbs. They run the Indy 500 on pure alcohol.
